Chris Moore started NDR Multisport to share a passion for fitness and endurance sports. NDR stands for New Day Rising because he believes that every day is a new day to improve yourself, a new day to push beyond the ordinary and accomplish something extraordinary. A new day to excel.

Your Time, Your Goals
This is a training program fully customized to the individual. Each athlete will receive a plan based on their unique situation including time availability, strengths, weaknesses, and both near and long term goals. This process starts with you completing my in-depth online Athlete Profile form. I review the information and then follow up with questions and conversations to help me acquire as much information as necessary to provide a comprehensive customized training program. It is my philosophy to foster a close coach/client relationship. I highly encourage feedback and open communication. If I am not available for any reason, it is my policy to always reply within 24 hours. Training blocks will be provided on a 2 week basis. Workouts will be reviewed daily and adjustments made as necessary. Feedback is encouraged! If you want to be the best athlete you can be this is the plan for you.

NDR Coaching
Coaching PhilosophyMy philosophy is simple. I wish to share my knowledge and enthusiasm for the multi-sport lifestyle with others in hopes of guiding, motivating, and inspiring people to maximize their potential and reach their athletic goals. I hold two Personal Trainer Certifications (ISSA, IFA) and have a lifelong background in athletics and endurance sports. I raced my first triathlon in 1999. After a multi-year hiatus in which I began a new career as a professional firefighter and started a family, I returned to the sport in 2012. It quickly became my desire to do more than just participate in races. I decided that I wanted to immerse myself in the sport and be a positive influence for others whether they are just starting out or experienced athletes looking to take that next competitive step forward.
